We are looking for a CNC Programmer who thrives in fast paced environment.  

A typical day:

• Programming parts for CNC machines by reading and interpreting approved fabrication drawings.
• Reading drawings and/or sketches of work and establishing machining methods, materials and setups needed to machine the parts required.
• Translating 2D or 3D drawings into machine readable programs to operate CNC routers including call outs for all material requirements.
• Supporting production on a daily basis to ensure that client needs are being met.
• Developing, implementing and optimizing CNC programs for new materials.
• Programming nesting configurations for production staff to optimize material use.
• Programming prototypes, samples, templates.

Who we are looking for:

• 5+ years AutoCAD/CNC Programming and setup experience, preferably in a woodwork/millwork shop
• Experience in cabinetmaking is an asset.
• Knowledge of Biesse software is an asset.
• Experience with MasterCAM.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Comfortable using basic and advanced measuring equipment.

Hours of work are 7:00-4:30 with opportunities for overtime.
