As a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate management of client-owned inventory within our warehouse. This role involves maintaining a comprehensive database of client assets, ensuring efficient logistics, and implementing meticulous inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the database of all client assets.
  • Implement and oversee asset tracking systems to monitor usage, location, and condition.
  • Develop and maintain efficient processes for asset management, including check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory audits to verify database accuracy.
  • Manage the storage, distribution, and return of client assets.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team for timely asset transportation.
  • Monitor client assets and report any damages or refurbishment needs.
  • Generate regular reports on asset usage, availability, and condition.
  • Ensure all assets are properly labeled, stored, and maintained.

Status:   Full-Time; Salaried
Hours:   Monday to Friday
              7 am – 3 pm (extended hours may be required during busy season)

Who we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in asset management, inventory control, and logistics.
  • Proficiency in database management and inventory software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
