As an Inventory Planner at Kubik, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective use of beMatrix inventory.  beMatrix is a modular structure designed for creating temporary constructions such as exhibits, event walls and pop-ups. The frames are light, reusable and recyclable.

Bonus points if you know beMatrix but a willingness to learn and understand all things “BeMatrix” and how the system works is key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the beMatrix inventory database.
  • Implement and oversee asset tracking systems to monitor usage, location, and condition.
  • Analyze system component requirements to proactively plan multiple show rollouts.
  • Proactive planning out across several facilities to ensure “building blocks” are available when needed and minimizing internal facility cross-shipment costs
  • Manage the storage, distribution, and return of inventory.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team for timely and efficient asset transportation.
  • Create and maintain inventory requirements based on show schedules.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient use of beMatrix inventory.
  • Generate regular reports on inventory usage, availability, and condition.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all inventory-related activities.

Status:   Full-Time; Salaried
Hours:    Monday to Friday
    7 am – 3 pm (extended hours may be required during busy season)

Who we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in inventory planning and management.
  • Ability to work under tight timelines.
  • Demonstrated experience planning on a macro level and executing on a micro level.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Understanding of beMatrix systems or willingness to learn.
