Our Senior Account Managers are an integral part of a global team, focused on the development, engineering and fabrication for creative corporate spaces to work, play and learn.

As a Senior Account Manager you'll play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships. You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through every step of the process and delivering outstanding service.

What you'll do:

  • Work daily with clients, managing and exceeding their expectations with high quality work that pushes their business forward.
  • Manage multiple deliverables while working closely with internal teams on execution.
  • Anticipate and resolve potential challenges/opportunities, ensuring that our solutions exceed expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with our business development team to grow the business and proactively identify existing client and new business opportunities.
  • Develop strategies that align with client goals.

About you:

  • Proven client account management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing branded environments projects (Executive Briefing Centres, Corporate Interiors and Product Showrooms).
  • Understanding of material finishing and/or architectural drawings.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate, oral and written, professionally and effectively.
  • Polished presentation skills.
  • Resourceful, positive and wants to have fun.
  • Interested in industry trends and awareness of other areas affecting client’s business
