Our Project Coordinators work closely with a Project Manager to ensure the successful execution of projects. They also have an opportunity to take the lead in smaller projects. It's a great opportunity to learn and grow.
What you'll do:
- Work collectively to support production in the areas of Graphics, Interactives and Project management
- Work with Project Managers to monitor production process as needed including subcontractor deliveries, hours for production, shipment planning and other as determined based on project scope.
- Identify all items required for projects, issue purchase orders and follow up.
- Track project delivery expectations and, identify and refine work plans as required with the Project Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities within the project.
- Ensure all work is completed according to drawings and meets quality standards with the Project Manager.
- Plan and maintain calendar of key dates for project production.
Above all, delivering great service to our clients.
About you:
- Post-secondary education (Architectural, construction, design background are nice to have)
- Willingness to learn.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate, oral and written, professionally and effectively.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Able to work well with others, both inside and outside the organization.
- Proficient computer skills, especially in MS Office and Excel.
