As the Office Administrator you'll play a vital role in the communication flow within the office and warehouse. It's essential that you can work with minimal supervision while being professional, self-directed and conscientious.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide administrative support to the warehouse manager and the rest of the team.
- Respond to inquiries in-person and on the phone.
- Ensure all systems and equipment is operational
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Store client owned product in correct area.
- Ensure reception area is organized and clean.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies.
- Purchase any required items/supplies.
- Process invoices and purchase orders.

This is a 6 month fixed term role with potential to extend.
Hours are Monday to Friday from 9 - 2:30 with a 1/2 hour lunch

$18-20/hour
