Our Account Coordinators are an integral part of our Client Services team.  They take active ownership and accountability of a portfolio, building strong relationships with our clients. They think smart, work hard and excel in a fast paced environment. They assist with day-to-day support of a client portfolio in partnership with a great team.

A typical day:

  • You’ll be wearing a variety of hats so you need to be flexible and adaptable.
  • Coordinating multiple projects and activities while adhering to timelines.
  • Working closely with internal teams following up on new requests and outstanding items.
  • Updating documentation.
  • Attending meetings to provide updates and learn about new projects and activities.
  • Delivering great service to our clients.

About you:

  • Post-secondary education, preferably in business, marketing, communications or related field.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to prioritize, handle multiple tasks and work well with deadlines.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office experience including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Someone who wants to learn and have fun.
