Are you a tech savvy, service minded individual with a passion for technology? You’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our technology infrastructure. You’ll support day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and help drive strategic improvements across our systems.
What you'll do:
- Administering and supporting end-to-end network operations
- Configuring and deploying physical and virtual network devices
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and system issues
- Safeguarding systems, data, software, and hardware
- Providing subject matter expertise for internal and external networks
- Delivering technical support to local and remote offices and staff
- Assisting with deployment and updates of hardware/software (Windows, Mac/iOS, Android)
- Conducting user training and creating support documentation
- Maintaining and updating IT documentation
- Collaborating with teammates to research and evaluate new tools and build IT strategies
Who we are looking for: You’re a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical foundation and a passion for supporting users and systems.
You bring:
- 3+ years of experience as a system administrator, including Azure tenant configuration and support
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, IPSEC/SSL VPNs)
- Experience with Azure services: Intune, Conditional Access, Enterprise Apps, VPN gateways
- Hands-on expertise in setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, notebooks, and servers in both Mac and PC environments
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS Sonoma administration
- Experience with Windows Server 2012/2016/2022, Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, Group Policy, VMware vCenter/ESXi, and Veeam backup
- Familiarity with Ariba Central (nice to have)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience troubleshooting devices across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms
- Server/VoIP administration experience is considered an asset
3 month contract with potential to extend to 6 months.
