Craft Your Story

About us:

We’ve been crafting stories for more than 4 decades. Connecting with audiences in unique ways anywhere in the world is what we do best.

Anyone can build an exhibit.

But the real value comes before that…

In the planning, the conversations, the thinking that happens early on.

That’s the difference Kubik makes.

Is this you?

You’re detail-driven, tech-savvy, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Accuracy is your superpower, and you love bringing order to chaos. Curious by nature, you embrace new challenges and see them as opportunities to grow. If you're ready to take your career global, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll do:

  • Contribute to trade show strategy by understanding the client’s products, target market, and audience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify optimal production methods, materials, and pricing.
  • Prepare accurate estimates, timelines, and specifications to keep projects on track.
  • Manage project records, ensuring all documentation is organized and up to date.
  • Plan production schedules and ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Manage purchase orders, site services for trade shows, and the client’s IT inventory (computers, iPads, etc.).
  • Provide hands-on support and follow through on client and internal requests.

Who we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of work experience and an HBO-level education.
  • Experience with trade fairs, exhibitions, or the events industry is a big plus.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and fun to work with.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Proficiency in English both spoken and written, is essential. Dutch is a plus.

What Kubik offers:

  • A dynamic work environment in a modern office at one of Amsterdam’s hotspots close to the NDSM Wharf and directly opposite the Amsterdam Marina.
  • Flexible working environment
  • International exposure through collaboration with global teams and clients.
  • A unique opportunity to develop skills in account and project management.
