Craft Bold Ideas. Build Meaningful Experiences.
We’ve been crafting stories for more than 4 decades. Connecting with audiences in unique ways anywhere in the world is what we do best.
We’re looking for a Creative Studio Coordinator who thrives in a fast‑paced creative environment and loves keeping teams organized, informed, and moving forward. This role is especially well‑suited for someone early in their design career who wants hands‑on exposure to real projects and the opportunity to contribute creatively.
The Creative Studio Coordinator is the operational heartbeat of the creative team. You’ll support the team by ensuring smooth workflow, clear communication, and timely delivery of creative assets. Alongside coordination responsibilities, you’ll have opportunities to assist on small design tasks and support designers on active projects - making this an ideal role for someone looking to grow into a full creative position over time.
What you will do:
- Serve as a central point of contact between creative, project management, production, and account teams.
- Follow up when additional details/information is required.
- Coordinate daily workflow for the creative studio, ensuring tasks are assigned, tracked, and delivered on schedule.
- Support intake of new creative requests and help prioritize workload with creative leadership.
- Ensure files, assets, and documentation are organized and accessible across teams.
- Assist designers with gathering reference materials, brand assets, and project information.
- Contribute to small design tasks under the guidance of senior designers.
- Help prepare presentation decks, visual materials, and client‑ready deliverables.
- Capture meeting notes, action items, and follow‑ups to keep teams aligned.
Who we are looking for:
- Interest or early experience in experiential, exhibit, or environmental design.
- 1+ years of experience in a creative, design, marketing, or agency environment (internships included).
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- Curiosity about emerging creative technologies, including generative AI tools.
Where you work:
Our core creative teams are based in places like Baltimore, Detroit, Toronto and Amsterdam. This posting is for candidates based in the Greater Toronto Area and you are required to work in the office 5 days per week.
