Our European team is growing, and we’re looking for an organized, proactive Office Administrator to keep our EMEA offices running smoothly.

  • Be the go-to person for all office administration matters at Kubik's European offices.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.

A Day in the Life:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors.
  • Provide daytoday administrative support, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and coordinating office events and catering.
  • Oversee office management, including cleaners, IT support, and facility maintenance.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Coordinate all travel and hotel bookings for the EMEA team.
  • Collaborate with global teams — IT, Marketing, HR — to support the needs of the European division.
  • Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, presentations, and internal documents.

 

About You:

  • Experience in office administration or a similar support role.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Dutch, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Organized, detailoriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
