We’re looking for a bold, strategic, people‑first Director of Operations – Poland to take the reins of our project delivery, design, graphics, and administrative teams — and elevate our Poland facility to its next stage of growth.

What You’ll Own & Elevate

• Inspire & Lead a High‑Performing Team: guide a multidisciplinary team of up to 10 talented professionals — project managers, designers, warehouse staff, graphics, and admin.
• Deliver Flawless Projects: From planning to budgeting to execution, you’ll ensure every project hits the mark — on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.
• Build a Rock‑Solid Vendor Network: You’ll identify, evaluate, and onboard fabrication, graphics, and specialty vendors — negotiating strong agreements and ensuring consistent, high‑quality output.
• Drive Operational Strategy & Continuous Improvement: You’ll analyze workflows, implement best practices, forecast resource needs, and collaborate with global leadership to create a seamless client experience.
