Director of Finance/Financial Controller - Own the Numbers. Shape the Future.

We’re looking for a hands‑on, forward‑thinking Director of Finance/Financial Controller to lead our North American finance function. Kubik delivers custom fabrication, experiential activations, tradeshow programs, retail environments, and museum installations - and our finance team is central to making it all happen.

You’ll start deep in the day‑to‑day controller work that powers our project‑driven business. It’s the fastest way to learn our world from the inside out. As you master the details, you’ll step into a broader leadership role - driving automation, improving systems, and elevating financial strategy across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all Kubik accounting operations across Canada and the U.S.
• Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and risk management
• Streamline financial operations through technology, automation, and ERP optimization
• Partner with the CFO on reporting requirements for private equity stakeholders
• Build, mentor and develop a high‑performing finance team

What You Bring

You are a strategic thinker who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves.

• Bachelor’s degree; CPA/CMA strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership
• Experience in project‑based industries is a major plus
• Strong IFRS/GAAP and cross‑border expertise
• Proven success modernizing finance functions and systems

Compensation:

$160,000+

Final compensation will reflect your experience, education and the value you bring to the role.
