We’re looking for a Procurement Manager who’s more than a buyer - someone who’s a connector, a strategist, a challenger of “how it’s always been done.” You love building relationships, solving problems creatively, and partnering across teams to make big things happen. What You’ll Lead

• Develop and execute procurement strategies that drive cost savings without compromising quality
• Lead the full RFP process for all goods and services (excluding labour) across North America
• Negotiate contracts to secure the best possible price, quality, and service
• Manage organizational spend and strengthen vendor partnerships that fuel our builds
• Implement process improvements that elevate efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with every department to understand needs and plan proactively
• Stay plugged into market trends, materials, and global supply insights
• Lead and mentor a small procurement team, providing guidance on best practices and workload management

Who You Are

You’re the kind of person who sees procurement as a strategic advantage, not a back‑office function. You love the thrill of a good negotiation, the satisfaction of solving a sourcing challenge, and the impact of building strong vendor relationships.

• 5+ years managing a procurement team
• Experience sourcing for production or fabrication (trade show booths, museum interiors, architectural components, luxury retail fixtures) is a big plus
• Deep understanding of procurement’s role in production environments
• Proven success in contract negotiation, cost‑reduction, and vendor management
• Knowledge of global suppliers, materials, and sourcing channels
• Excellent communicator and collaborator
• Organized, detail‑driven, and a natural problem solver
• Proficient in MS Office
• Resourceful, positive, and genuinely enjoys working with people

Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000
