As an Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner guiding clients through every stage of their project journey. You’ll nurture relationships, anticipate needs, and ensure every deliverable reflects Kubik’s commitment to excellence. Your work will directly shape how brands show up in the world.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering high‑quality work that elevates their business and strengthens long‑term partnerships.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines while collaborating closely with internal teams across design, engineering, production, and installation.
• Anticipate challenges and opportunities, ensuring solutions exceed expectations and align with client goals.
• Partner with Business Development to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new business initiatives.
• Develop strategic approaches that help clients tell their stories through impactful branded environments.

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in client account management, ideally within branded environments, experiential design, or architectural/creative industries.
• Hands‑on experience managing projects such as Executive Briefing Centres, corporate interiors, or product showrooms.
• Strong understanding of material finishes, fabrication processes, and/or architectural drawings.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with polished presentation abilities.
• A resourceful, positive, collaborative team player who enjoys what they do.
• Curious about industry trends and the evolving landscape of brand experience.
