As an Account Coordinator on our Branded Environments team, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of custom corporate interiors, executive briefing centers, customer experience centers, product showrooms, and other experiential spaces. You'll work closely with Account Managers, Project Managers, Designers, and Production teams to help bring complex client projects to life while delivering an exceptional client experience.

What You'll Do 

A Typical Day (Although No Day Is Really Typical!) 

  • Support Account Managers with day-to-day management of branded environment projects. 
  • Coordinate project activities, deliverables, and timelines across multiple clients and projects. 
  • Participate in client and internal meetings, take notes, track action items, and follow up to ensure commitments are completed. 
  • Prepare project documentation, meeting summaries, status reports, and presentations. 
  • Maintain project trackers, schedules, and client records. 
  • Assist with project set-up, purchase requests, quotations, and invoicing activities. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Design, Estimating, Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Installation. 
  • Monitor project milestones and proactively follow up on outstanding items. 
  • Support client communication, ensuring requests are addressed accurately and promptly. 
  • Help organize client visits, project reviews, installations, and site-related activities as required. 
  • Build strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders. 
  • Deliver a high level of service and support, helping ensure successful project outcomes. 

 

What We're Looking For 

About You 

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 
  • 1–3 years of experience in account coordination, project coordination, administration, client services, or a related role. 
  • Experience in marketing, experiential, construction, architecture, design, retail, manufacturing, or project-based environments is an asset. 
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. 
  • Comfortable learning new systems, tools, and processes. 
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to jump in wherever needed. 
  • A team player who enjoys collaborating and finding solutions. 
  • Someone who wants to learn, grow, and have fun along the way.
