Kubik is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Account & Content Coordinator to support client communication, event coordination, and digital content management for custom interactive experiences. This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to gain experience in experiential marketing, digital content, and client services.
What You'll Do
- Support client communications, meeting coordination, and project follow-up
- Manage content for touchscreen kiosks, lead capture apps, and interactive experiences
- Collect, upload, proofread, and maintain digital content in a CMS
- Coordinate content approvals and launch activities
- QA content and support event go-live activities
- Manage digital assets and maintain organized project documentation
- Assist with post-event reporting and continuous process improvement
What You'll Bring
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Event Management, or a related field
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (co-op and internship experience welcome)
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365
- Interest in events, experiential marketing, and interactive technology
- Experience with Sanity, Contentful, Asana, Wrike, or Figma is an asset

During the Canadian Auto Show season, particularly from January through April, the position will have a stronger focus on client and event coordination. Content management will be the primary focus during the remainder of the year.
The role may require extended hours during peak periods, occasional travel within Canada, and prolonged standing or walking during event days.
