Warehouse Floor Lead

Job No: KUB660
Location: Greater Toronto Area

Keep the Floor Moving. Keep the Team Winning.

Are you the person people naturally turn to when things need to get done? Do you enjoy rolling up your sleeves, solving problems, and helping a team stay organized and productive?

We're looking for a Warehouse Floor Lead to help drive day-to-day operations in our busy production environment. This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk leadership role. You'll be on the floor, supporting the team, coordinating workflow, and making sure materials, projects, and priorities keep moving.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in leading by example, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily warehouse activities and help keep projects on track.
  • Coordinate the flow of materials between receiving, production, staging, and shipping.
  • Support production teams by ensuring the right materials are in the right place at the right time.
  • Help prioritize work, remove roadblocks, and keep the team focused on what matters most.
  • Train, coach, and support team members while fostering a positive team culture.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and support cycle counts and stock organization.
  • Work closely with Production, Project Management, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
  • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
  • Jump in wherever needed to support the team and meet deadlines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, organization, and efficiency.

What You Bring

  • Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, fabrication, logistics, or production environment.
  • Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating a team.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and material handling.
  • Forklift certification or experience operating material-handling equipment.
  • A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and focused when priorities change.
  • A commitment to teamwork, accountability, and safety.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in custom fabrication, millwork, exhibits, branded environments, or construction-related industries.
  • Experience with inventory management or ERP systems.
  • Health & Safety training or certification.
