Kubik is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Lead Installer to lead on-site installations for exhibits, events, and experiential marketing projects. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys travel, and takes pride in delivering exceptional work.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise installation crews on-site.
• Execute installations safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
• Read and interpret drawings, floor plans, and installation specifications.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, and vendors.
• Manage tools, equipment, materials, and site logistics.
• Conduct site visits and resolve installation challenges as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Train and mentor installation team members.

What You Bring

• Experience in site supervision, exhibit installation, events, construction, or experiential marketing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of installation methods, materials, and equipment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours when required.
